Cell Phone Chargers Unite!

Wednesday, 1 July 2009 05:56 by Libby

Finally I can get rid of all of those cell phone chargers!

Ten (10) of the largest mobile phone makers have agreed to build a standard AC adaptor that will work for all their mobile phones universally!   The first such chargers are expected to be on the market in 2010.  In addition to siimplifying business travel, these chargers, or lack thereof, will have a serious impact on the environment.

Microsoft Response Point VoIP Phone System is Voice Activated

Monday, 11 May 2009 05:02 by Tiffany
I have been searching for a perfect VoIP phone system at the right price point and I think I have found it!  Microsoft Response Point is just the right size for a small business and doesn’t hurt your pocketbook too badly!   It gives you many features that the larger more expensive systems offer not the least of which is voice activation.  This technology allows you to tell the system where to send the caller.  Here’s how it works … A call comes in and you just say where you want the call to go.  For example, you see a call come into the system on your computer screen, answer the call and then push the RP button and say “transfer call to Jim.”  The call goes through and you hang up.  Simple as that!   You don’t have to remember any codes or which button to push.  If you want to know more about this system and all of the other features offered on MS Response Point  please follow the link to our website.  If you want a price … no problem…just call me and I will get you the market price today!   704-549-0125 X109tiffany@ccpteam.com

Bluetooth for Oprah!

Tuesday, 3 March 2009 15:24 by Libby

Bluetooth Technology for Oprah

OK!  OK!  I hear you Oprah!  I have officially retired my cell phone in the car!

I have to admit I was one of those people that Oprah has been talking about.  My office was my car and I was chatting on that cell phone about 50% of the time I should have been driving!  I have given it up and truly it is soooo much easier to use the bluetooth technology.

It’s easy.  Go by your nearest mobile phone store, find an earpiece that works for your ear size and sign up for the service.  When your phone rings click the button on your ear device and you’re talking without having to hold a phone to your ear. This makes going places and working with customers at the same time an easy thing to do.

If you are having trouble with this technology, please contact our technical department, we will be happy to help you make the transition!
